What is AB Consulting PharmD?

As a pharmacist with experience in geriatric care, I provide consulting services to help patients and caregivers better understand, manage, and assess medications—Especially during transitions of care when experiencing hospital or rehabilitation discharges.

My main focus is to help answer questions and serve as a second set of eyes, reviewing medication lists to ensure they’re appropriate, effective, and safe. I also educate patients on the “why” behind their therapy, helping reduce the burden of medication routines.
